Dr. Hughes received his undergraduate degree in
psychology from Georgia State University, and his doctorate degree form the California School of Professional Psychology.
He completed his pre-doctoral forensic internship at Saint Elizabeth's
Hospital in Washington, DC, and his postdoctoral fellowship at Positive Outcomes Psychological
